Celebrating Matsu’s 10th birthday!
Looks like his chicken friend is the first guest to arrive at the party, lol . . .
He's been traveling and living in the tiny house for two years now and has finally adjusted to the lifestyle.
Birth to Tiny House: Since, picking him up at April's (my lil bear's house) in 2008 in L.A., he has crossed 17 states, traveled 17,000+ miles and lived in 7 houses from big to the tiny house. He’s slept on friend’s couches, guest rooms, offices and whatever space we could find back when we were homeless. He being shy, still, never caused a fuss and made many furry friends on the road. He lost his brother from a heart murmur summer of 2016 and, despite, Matsu being diagnosed with a heart murmur too, he is a happy, healthy survivor. Being 10 years old, he has a little arthritis but has gotten used to traveling. I simply have a hard time not going anywhere without my tiny house traveling buddy.

Because he was raised an indoor pet in a big house in the mountains, he never wore a collar. He simply won’t wear one now nor a harness and thinks he’s being punished when on a leash. So, we have this unspoken rule, I will not put a collar or leash him when out on the patio, and he won’t run away. He stays within the patio limits, doesn’t crawl under the tiny and comes into the tiny when I call him. I think he is an incredible tiny house cat!

He knows how to say, ‘hello’ in cat language and even though his mama is a shutterbug, he hates getting his picture taken. He was secluded from mainstream busyiness so, I am pleased he has adjusted to the tiny house lifestyle and is friendly to folks who stop by to say hello. If you are special, he will say, ‘heh-wo’ back. So, stop by and see us at the tiny sometime.
Happy Birthday, Matsu! And, many, many more, as we got places to explore while we tackle our tiny house bucket list!
Love my tiny house cat, Tiny B ♥
